To assist in resolving the issue promptly, we may request that you perform initial troubleshooting steps.

HALAR products

HALAR Tac-light and holsters are covered by a full Lifetime warranty, which is fully transferrable. If we made it, we stand behind it. If your HALAR light has failed under normal use, fill out the return form at halarusa.com/returns, and we will send you a replacement. The warranty excludes intentional damage or misuse. We’ve got you back for everything else.

Refund Policy

Products can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund (initial shipping fees are non-refundable). Immobileyes reserves the right to evaluate returns before issuing refunds. Warranty Items shipped back without prior approval/notice may be forfeited. Only ship back what our support team asks. If in doubt, clarify before shipping.

Shipping Responsibilities

Customers cover shipping costs for sending items back to Immobileyes. Immobileyes covers shipping costs for warranty/exchange items returned to the customer.

Processing Time

Allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for processing warranties, exchanges, or returns. We make every effort to promptly get you back up and running.

Battery & Safety Warnings

• Do not try to remove the battery - it is NOT removable.
• HALAR is not a toy - don't let children play with it.
• Do not submerge HALAR - it is water resistant (IPX4), not waterproof.
• Lithium-ion batteries may explode or burn due to improper use. Educate yourself on proper care, charging, discharging, assembly, and storage.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of rechargeable batteries.
• Never completely discharge the battery (below 2.5V under load or 3V unloaded).
• Charge fully (to 4.2V) before first use.
• Never charge/discharge Li-ion batteries with chargers not made for them.
• Do not use any rechargeable battery or charger if damaged or mishandled.
• If a rechargeable battery overheats, hisses, or bulges, quarantine and dispose properly.

General Warning

Mistreatment or modification of batteries can cause serious harm. Do not point the light in eyes for long durations.
