HALAR® LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

This Lifetime Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to eligible HALAR® flashlights purchased from halarusa.com or other authorized sellers as described below.

1) WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Immobileyes warrants to the original retail purchaser (“you”) that your HALAR® flashlight (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of the Product, as defined in Section 2 below.

This Warranty is a limited warranty. It provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

2) WHAT “LIFETIME” MEANS (IMPORTANT DEFINITION)

For purposes of this Warranty, the “lifetime of the Product” means the period of time that the Product remains functional and reasonably serviceable under normal consumer use, as determined by Immobileyes in its reasonable discretion.

“Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that identical replacement models or parts will be available indefinitely.

3) WHO IS ELIGIBLE

This Warranty applies only to:

  • the original retail purchaser, and
  • Products purchased from halarusa.com or an authorized seller, and
  • Products accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

This Warranty is not transferable and does not apply to second-hand purchases, transfers, or resales.

4) WHAT IMMOBILEYES WILL DO (YOUR REMEDY)

If a defect covered by this Warranty occurs and you follow the claim process in Section 7, Immobileyes will, at its option:

  1. Repair the Product, or
  2. Replace the Product with the same model or a comparable or substantially similar model (new or refurbished), or
  3. Refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling), if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund described above.

5) WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER (EXCLUSIONS)

This Warranty does not cover:

A. Normal Wear and Cosmetic Damage

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, or finish wear that does not affect function

B. Batteries / Battery-Related Issues

  • Batteries and battery performance
  • Damage caused by incorrect batteries, improper charging, or battery leakage

C. Misuse, Negligence, Unauthorized Repair, or Modification

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper storage, or improper maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations of any kind
  • Use with non-recommended accessories, chargers, mounts, or batteries
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or servicing
  • Products with removed/altered serial numbers (if applicable)

D. Environmental / Chemical / Water or Heat Exposure

  • Exposure to extreme heat
  • Liquid immersion or water damage beyond the Product’s stated rating
  • Chemical, solvent, saltwater, or corrosive exposure
  • Damage from improper cleaning methods

E. Duty / Tactical / Operational Conditions (Law Enforcement / Professional Use Note)

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by use outside normal consumer conditions, including but not limited to:

  • repeated high-impact drops or crushing force
  • chemical exposure, smoke exposure, or corrosive environments
  • weapon mounting vibration or recoil-related stress
  • operational use, training, or tactical environments that exceed normal consumer handling expectations
  • failure to follow safety instructions, warnings, or reasonable care

Important: HALAR products may be marketed to law enforcement and other professionals, but unless specifically stated in writing for a particular Product, the Product is not warranted as fail-safe, life-saving, or guaranteed for any tactical outcome. This Warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

6) DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty is the only express warranty provided for the Product.

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty, Immobileyes disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

7) HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Please include:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
  2. Your full name, return shipping address, and phone number
  3. Product model (if applicable) and date of purchase
  4. A detailed description of the issue
  5. Photos/videos if available (recommended)

We may require the Product be returned to us for inspection before providing service.

8) SHIPPING COSTS

Unless prohibited by law:

  • You may be responsible for shipping the Product to us for evaluation.
  • We will pay return shipping only if the claim is determined to be covered.

If the Product is not covered, we may return it to you at your expense or provide a paid repair/replacement option (if available).

9) REPLACEMENT PARTS / MODEL CHANGES

Because product designs and components may change over time:

  • Immobileyes does not guarantee that identical replacement parts, finishes, or models will be available indefinitely.
  • Any replacement product may be new or refurbished and may be a comparable model.

10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immobileyes’ liability under this Warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund described in Section 4.

Immobileyes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, loss of data, personal injury, or third-party claims, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

11) GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Except where prohibited by law, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising under this Warranty shall be the Ohio state courts and the United States federal courts located in Portage County, Ohio.
